Directly Macau Ltd. has been, under contract from CTM – Companhia de Telecomunicações de Macau, the local telecommunications company, publishing the official Macau Yellow Pages for the past 22 years. The print Yellow Pages are still one of the most effective local advertising media with a reach that covers every citizen of Macau.
We are also a leading publisher of tourism-related products and our publications include the Macau Tourist Guide, the Macau Tourist Map, the Macau City Map and the Macau Leisure Time coupon Map and Macau Shopping Map. All the mentioned products allow, thanks to an effective distribution strategy, our clients to focus on the increasing flux of visitors to Macau.
Directel Macau owns some of the most visited websites in Macau, namely www.yp.mo (Yellow Pages website) and www.MacauTouristGuide.com (online tour guide) and also provides web-hosting, web-design and mailing lists services. In close cooperation with the Macau Trade and Investment Promotion Institute, we are also providing affordable website design and hosting services as well as videos and video SEO to local small and medium companies. We will also this year launch new mobile applications for iPhone and Android smart phones that will focus on the ever-expanding local tourism market. ADPAI - Asian Directories Publishers Association (www.adpai.com) is the non-profit association that comprises of companies that are involved in the directory business in Asia. It establishes a forum for members to exchange knowledge, experiences, information and ideas. Members get together regularly to examine problems in a spirit of mutual interest and to establish standards and practices for the industry.
Directel Macau is also a proud member of the YPA.
The Yellow Pages Association (YPA) (www.ypassociation.org) is the trade organization of the print and digital media Yellow Pages industry. Association members include Yellow Pages professional from around the world, including the industry's international, national and local sales forces, certified marketing representatives (CMRs) and associate members, a group of industry stakeholders that include Yellow Pages advertisers, vendors and suppliers. The Yellow Pages Association has members in 29 countries.
